Cooking class in DIJON
at L'ATELIER DES CHEFS.
Take advantage of your stay in Dijon to learn or improve your cooking skills, with a nice young chef Anthony, two minutes walk from the apartment. In his kitchen, you will learn how to cook tasty dishes with fresh products (between 1/2 and 2 hours according to which lesson you chose).
Today I cooked "un pavé de boeuf flambé au cognac et un gâteau de topinambours au foie gras". 1/2 hour lesson for 15€ (it was actually 45 min) a super value!
It is always great to learn a few tips, discover new flavours and then enjoy what you have cooked in the dining room.
In the boutique you will find quite hard to find kitchenware and recipe books.
